You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AR-A (Bldg 5300), Scott Cowart, Contract Specialist, Fax Number 256-313-8066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) has a requirement in support of the Production Readiness Test Asset (PRTA) contract for the Extended Range/Multi Purpose (ER/MP) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) to provide a unit priced spares ordering list as an option. The contract vehicle anticipated is a modification to the original contract, W58RGZ-09-C-0151. Justification and Approval applies to an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., 14200 Kirkham Way, Poway, CA 92064. The requirement is subject to the availability of funds. See NOTES 22. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
