- On July 15, 2010 under Solicitation / Contract No.: 9741 the FAA posted a draft Screening Information Request, SIR (Solicitation) title En Route Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS) to Industry for multiple performance-based contract awards soliciting questions and comments. All interested sources were encouraged to respond by 12 NOON on August 9, 2010. Below are FAA responses to vendor questions and comments. Some Vendors comments have been edited for brevity. Where more than one vendor essentially asked the same question or made the same comment, questions and comments were consolidated and answered. The FAA appreciates the time and effort expended by each vendor to review the draft ETASS SIR and will make changes as appropriate in the final SIR. Attachments: ETASS Vendor List and ETASS Q&As
