- Vessel required: One (1) approved U.S. flag JONES ACT vessel with coastwise endorsement by the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Panama City (NSWC-PC), Dahlgren Division. The contract is required for the NSWC-PC to execute its research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) mission. The charter firm-period is three weeks.
