- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN-22 Network Contracting Activity, Long Beach, California, in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) & FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and under authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153, anticipates soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single or Multi-Award, contract for (2) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) to be located in East Los Angeles & Gardena, CA. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, facilities (including Lab and X-ray), supplies, and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary care medical needs of enrolled/assigned patients. Additionally, the successful contractor shall provide space requirements for VA staff that will provide mental health, telemental health and audiology services in each CBOC location. NAICS code is 621498. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with (2) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
