- Redacted Justification and Approval The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is announcing the award of a sole-source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to Georgia Technical Research Institute (GTRI) of Atlanta, Georgia, for $70,000,000 under contract HQ0147-10-D-0050. Under this contract GTRI as a University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) will provide expertise to MDA in technology development for electronic warfare vulnerability/survivability, threat assessment, sensor fusion and networking, development of Ballistic Missile Defense System radars and other related efforts. The work will be performed in Atlanta, Georgia. The performance period for this work is from September 2010 through September 2015. Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds will be used to incrementally fund this effort.
