- FedBizOpps 10-T-0251 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, MDW AOG, has a requirement for Furniture for the Flight Plan room. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Nokintobob II 421 hurt road Smyrna GA. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is R491 and the NAICS Code is 711130.
