- Section L Amendment 10 Section K Amendment 10 Section J Amendment 10 Section I Amendment 10 SF30 Amendment 10 This amendment extends the due date for proposals to Friday, October 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. All proposals shall be electronically submitted via the Connections II Hosting Center (CHC) and on a Compact Disk Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) delivered to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Anna M. Brown, at 10304 Eaton Place, Fairfax, VA 22030, no later than the above date and time. Any proposal submitted after the 2:00 PM deadline will not be accepted for evaluation. The Government will strictly observe FAR 52.215-1(c)(3)(ii) and (iii) for determining timeliness of proposal submissions. Sections I, J, K, and L are hereby replaced in entirety by the attached Section I, J, K, L dated September 28, 2010. Offerors are reminded to carefully observe and follow all proposal instructions. Errors, omissions, or deviations from the proposal instructions may adversely affect the evaluation, and may be reason for elimination if such errors, omissions, or deviations are sufficiently severe. Offerors that previously submitted their proposal MUST resubmit all six volumes of the proposal electronically in the Connections II Hosting Center and a CD must be received by the PCO at the address, date and time above and as stated in the attached Section L. Offerors who have requested their customers email the past performance questionnaire to the Connections II PCO do not need to contact their customers again for resubmission. The CHC Help Desk (703-610-2669 / support@nhc.noblis.org) is available to work with offerors to answer application questions. The CHC Help Desk will monitor all email and voice mail requests for assistance and will assist offerors to resolve any issues to the greatest extent possible. The CHC has an error checker called "B-Table Error Checker ". Offerors are strongly advised to run the error checker several times while working in this system and fix all errors. Once you have submitted your proposal it is too late to run the error checker. The Connections II Hosting Center (CHC) User Instructions has been revised and is an attachment to Section J. All potential Connections II offerors are strongly advised to read the CHC User Instructions.
