- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR 5.705(a)(1), as prescribed for Recovery Act actions. Contract AG-9702-C-10-0243 has been modified to exercise the pre-priced option items as follows: OPTION 1: EXERCISED - Design-Build Interior Renovations to a portion of Building A for use as a training facility IAW Section C & J. OPTION 4: EXERCISED - Design-Build Site Lighting IAW Section C & J. One firm-fixed-price modification has been issued to PWCI in the amount of $1,053,643.00 for this additional work within scope of the original contract.
