- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is provided in accordance with FAR 5.705(a)(1), as prescribed for Recovery Act actions. Contract AG-9702-C-10-0285 has been modified to exercise the pre-priced option items as follows: OPTION 4 - EXERCISED: Design-Build New Pavement, Striping and Drainage at Chuchupate, IAW Sections C & J. OPTION 5 - EXERCISED: Design-Build 20,000 gallon Water Storage Tank at Chuchupate, IAW Sections C & J. OPTION 6 - EXERCISED: Design-Build Emergency Generator at Chuchupate, IAW Sections C & J. OPTION 7 - EXERCISED: Design-Build Renovation Exterior Warehouse at Monterey, IAW Sections C & J. OPTION 8 - EXERCISED: Design-Build Renovation Interior Warehouse at Monterey, IAW Sections C & J. OPTION 10 - EXERCISED: Design-Build Site Lighting at Chuchupate & Monterey, IAW Sections C & J. One firm-fixed-price modification has been issued to Plant Construction Co, LP in the amount of $1,019,011.00 for this additional work within scope of the original contract.
