- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912EE-10-C-0018. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing a bridge across the emergency spillway channel and road construction at Arkabutla Lake in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, construction of a temporary access road, temporary retaining structures, excavation, fill, backfill, road embankment, removal of existing pipe, cutting and removal of existing concrete paving, removal of existing asphalt pavement, concrete, reinforcing steel, prestressed concrete bridge girders, granular courses, hot mix asphalt pavement, precast reinforced concrete pipe, precast concrete piles, controlled low strength material, guardrail, grate inlet, pavement markings, signs, control of water, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection.
