Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-08P-09-JFC-0010. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has exercised a modification for additional design-build services for the Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building project located in Denver, CO. This modification will provide for the ongoing building security necessary for the Byron G. Rogers Federal Office Building during the construction period given the conditions that will arise due to the previously exercised modification PS04 and given that the federal office building is adjacent and connected to the occupied federal courthouse. This modification is valued at $1,529,395.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
