- Building 7 boiler replacement - phase 1. In accordance with the final drawings and specifications, the work to be performed under this project requires the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to replace boiler #3 and associate systems located in building 7 of Jefferson Laboratories, Jefferson, AR. Included in the work is the demolition of existing boiler #3 (rated 2300 BHP) and assoicated piping, existing deaerator system, existing chemical treatment system, and portions of the building electrical system; and the installation of a new boiler (rated 600 BHP) and associated piping, new deaerator system, new chemical treatment system, and new building electrical equipment. The acquisition also has one option to replace existing boiler 2 iwth new boiler 2.
