- This is The RDECOM Contracting Center, Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with Leco Corporation, 3000 Lakeview Avenue, St. Joseph, MI 4985. The contractor shall provide repair and maintenance on LECO instrumentation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is $7.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact below. Responses to this notice must be received no later than, 16:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 6 October 2010.
