- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for "INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY," under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to Randolph Construction Services, Inc., who was awarded a competitive task order off of the GSA Region 7, 8(a) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Design/Build Construction, Repair and Alterations in support of Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol.
