- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W127N10C0017 Contract Award Amount equals $112,096.60 Recovery Funds, and $30,068.40 Non-Recovery Funds. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Modification 5 to Contract W9127N10C0017 for the reconfiguration and installation of the staircase in the south storage pit from the doorway on elevation +74 to the grade beam on elevation +55 including a hand railing along the downstream grade beam and access ladders from the grade beam to elevation +55 in both the repair and storage pits; and for additional time in the schedule due to to the removal of additional grit, design changes, and the moratorium on work during the fish passage.
