- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N10C0007 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Modification 8 to contract W9127N10C0007 for an addtional 850 tons of 2000 lbs armor rocks for breakwaters A, B and C; the construction of 4 camps sites instead of 6; adjustments to the clearing, grubbing and grading areas to match the revised camp site design; all necessary work associated with on-site rock sorting and excavation at Gorton Creek; an increase in the concrete float and use of high density foam and the installation of a galvanized handrail on the concrete float in accordance with the revised camp site design; and paving to be performed during the 2010 work season.
