- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Acquisition and Property Management care of The Bureau of Indian Education, Kayenta Community School, intend to award a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(i) (c) to: Physical Address: Frontier Communications of America, IncDBA "Frontier Communications"180 South Clinton Avenue, 4th FloorRochester, NY 14646-0001 Kayenta Community School requests a contractor to tie-in four out-buildings on the Kayenta Community School grounds into one building by trenching, laying fiber optic cables, and engineering and esting the system to receive VOIP telephone access and internet connectivity. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by close of business September 30, 2010 will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No formal solicitation shall be issued.
