- The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District will conduct a Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Detroit Dam and Reservoir Minto Fish Collection Facility Rebuild project on 21 October 2010 at Oregon Fish and Wildlife Building in Salem, Oregon. The address is: Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Commission Room 3406 Cherry Ave. NE Salem, OR 97303 Driving directions can be found at the following link: http://www.dfw.state.or.us/directions/ The Commission Room is located on the 1st Floor of the ODFW Main Building The conference will begin at 10:00 AM. This Pre-Solicitation conference is for informational purposes only and is intended to give interested contractors an overview of the size,scope, and timeline of the project. The official solicitation is scheduled to be issued in early November 2010. Attendees are required to pre register for the conference by emailing Robert Fuchs, Contracting Specialist at robert.k.fuchs@usace.army.mil. Include name of attendee and name of company.
