- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334515, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/ Purchase Request number F2KBAD0174A003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 02 August 2010. The Government intends to award on contract line item number: Description: Laboratory Equipment CLIN 0001: 4200-SCS/F - SEMI SYSTEM WITH 2 MPSMU & FDP CLIN 0002: 4200-SMU - MEDIUM POWER SOURCE - MEASURE UNIT CLIN 0003: 4200-PA - REMOTE PREAMP OPT 4200 SMU AND 4210 SMU CLIN 0004: 4200-BTI-A - ULTRA FAST BTI PKG FOR MODEL 4200-SCS CLIN 0005: 4200-CVU-PROBER-KIT - PROBER ACCESSORY KIT FOR 4200-CVU CLIN 0006: 4210-CVU - 4210 CAPACITANCE VOLTAGE UNIT 1KHZ - 10MHZ CLIN 0007: FREIGHT/SHIPPING UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 60 ADC Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
