- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Chaplins Office, has a requirement for the replacement of church pews and carpet in the Main Chapel, Bldg 480 located at Fort Myer, Virginia. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Goel Services, Inc., 6201 Dix Street, NE, Washington, DC 20019-2880. The point of contact is Mr. Larry Rodgers on 202-457-0111.
