- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for an outreach clinic. To improve the access to health care services, the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is going to solicit with private Contractors to provide an Outreach Clinic for Primary Care Medicine and limited Mental Health Space for veterans residing in Central-Eastern Los Angeles Counties surrounding Pasadena, California. The Contractor shall provide for the continuous care delivery and management of contracted services for all assigned VA patients.
