Description
PR No: IQC10140009004; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an F-18 Bomb Release Unit Kit. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 1680-01-521-6668 IAW Drawing 30003 1534AS106 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 2,250 each Minimum per delivery order: 2,250 each Maximum per delivery order: 4,500 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 9,000 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 10,521 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 1,000 kits per month beginning 60 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about October 20, 2010. The anticipated award date is December 31, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about October 20, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. This solicitation and any changes will be available via DIBBS on the issue date cited in the RFP. Instructions will be included in the solicitation on how to process the FTP site. Estimated date of award is December 31, 2010.
