- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice and is not a request for proposals. This is for information purposes only. The US Army Corps of Engineers requires PLANNING SUPPORT SERVICES to include providing expert alternative formulation and evaluation, Modeling Service Requests to the Interagency Modeling Center, and evaluating the Regional Simulation Model (RSM) model outputs post-modeling in support of the Jacksonville District Office in Jacksonville, Florida. A firm-fixed price commercial item contract is considered for this acquisition. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. SIC Code is 8999, NAICS Code is 541620, Size standard is $7.0 million. Solicitation W912EP 10 R-0052 will be issued on or about 12 October 2010 and offers due on or about 27 October 2010. The period of performance is to begin 10 days after award and end 30 September 2011. Solicitation W912EP-10-R-0052 will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation.
