- General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 5,175 Rentable square feet of office and related space which will yield a minimum of 4,500 ANSI/BOMA square feet of space along with 32 parking spaces and 250 linear feet of dock space for 4 boats. The space will be occupied by the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Unit. LEASE TERM 10 Years 5 Years Firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS Office and related space must be contiguous on one level without being split by a public corridor. First floor space is required. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as port of the rental consideration. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and shall be ABAAS compliant and asbestos free. The building and parking must be accessible to Government personnel 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Occupancy is required no later than March 4, 2011.
