- 43d Contracting Squadron, Pope AFB NC, intends to solicit and award a sole source to GETINGE USA, INC for one (1) Getinge 533 HC Steam Sterilizer Equipment. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 339114 which has a size standard of 500 employees. Any interested party, other than GETINGE USA, INC, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 4:00 PM EST, 29 September 2010. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement.
