- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70181AQ127, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 454312; the associated small business size standard is 50 employees. This solicitation will result in a fixed price purchase order to a vendor that is determined to be responsive and responsible. DESCRIPTION: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Togiak National Wildlife Refuge (TNWR ) has a requirement for LINE ITEM 0001: approximately 5,000 gallons of heating fuel at multiple delivery locations (see below) and LINE ITME 0002: approximately 11,000 gallons of AvGas (100 octane minimum). The performance period will be from October 18, 2010 through September 30, 2011. The requirement will be on a Keep Full bases and there will be specific individuals authorized to place orders when necessary. Vendors must be capable of delivery within two business days of notification and in quantities of less than a full truckload. Deliveries must be made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. Vendor shall notify the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge 24 hours prior to delivery. Delivery tickets are required and must be signed by the US Fish and Wildlife receiving official at time of delivery. DELIVERY LOCATIONS: LINE ITEM 0001 HEATING FUEL - Dillingham Delivery Locations: USFWS Hanger - located at Dillingham Airport, 731 Airport Road; USFWS Warehouse - Windmill Hill, Kanakanak Road; USFWS 4-Plex in Neqleq Subdivision, 3535 Lupine Dr. LINE ITEM 0002 AvGas(100 octane minimum) bulk tank #4 USFWS hanger; Dillingham Airport, 731 Airport Road.PRICE: The government will only be obligated to the extent of authorized purchases actually made and shall only pay for actual quantities received. INVOICE & PAYMENT: Monthly statement with individual fuel tickets attached will be mailed to TNWR for payment by ETF.
