- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is KAF0L3ECE04161. Kandahar Air Field (KAF), Regional Contracting Center (RCC), Afghanistan APO AE 09355, requires the following: CH/MH-47 Combat Seat Cushions DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, personnel, services, and transportation necessary to provide the following items: CH/MH-47 Combat Seat Cushion Set Details. CH/MH-47 Combat Seat Cushion Set w/covers, black fabric for armor plated seats (waterproof), Coastal Aircraft Parts P/N 31046-1-A1 or equal15 ea Shipping1 ea The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 Aug 2010, DFAR DCN 20100908.
