- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 has a requirement for the annual renewal of 10 licenses for VA Chart Complete Automated VistA-integrated Deficiency Tracking Quantim Suite Inpatient and Outpatient Medium Facility software. The VA Medical Center will negotiate a sole source contract with Sprint Telecommunications Company LP via their GSA Contract# GS-35F-0171L.
