- Amendment 2 27 SEP 2010. POSTING AMENDMENT 0002. 22 SEP 2010. POSTING AMENDMENT 0001 and extension of proposal due date. POSTING solicitation, instructions for offerors, evaluation, and equipment specification. Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC), Tennessee, has a requirement for a flat faced flanged, 84-in I.D. 150 lb FCI 70-2-2006 class IV control valve for use in exhaust ducting downstream of test cells. The valve shall be supplied complete with hydraulic operator and two gaskets and 128 studs with nuts. The valve shall be a butterfly type. Request for Proposal (RFP) with the complete specification will be available on or about 21 August 2010. The RFP and specification will only be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP amendments, clarifications, etc. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all the available information.
