- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-investment Act of 2009, Pub. L 111-5, the Government posts this notice for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY to issue a task order modification under an established IDIQ Contract with Lockheed Martin Services, Inc. The purpose of this proposed task order modification is for the continuation of call center support for all ARRA grantee institutions that are engaged in federal reporting under Section 1512 and 1609 of the Recovery Act. This task order modification is being placed against a hybrid contract that contains Time & Materials, Firm-Fixed Price, and Cost-Reimbursable type CLINS that was competed using Full and Open Competition to Lockheed Martin Services, Inc.
