- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0059 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 511210. CLIN 0001: OFFICER CAREER MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, 1EA. Contractor shall provide a software program in accordance with the attached Statement of Work to conduct officer career management that willo provide a formal standardized process in which to manage the Officer Corps within the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG). Also included in the initial delivery is 1 initial year of Maintenance Support and Software Patches. Initial delivery of the software product is November 1, 2010 to Liz Evans, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi 39202-2137. CLIN 0002: OPTION YEAR 1, 1 YEAR LICENSE, PLUS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE PATCHES. CLIN 0003: OPTION YEAR 2, 1 YEAR LICENSE, PLUS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE PATCHES. CLIN 0004: OPTION YEAR 3, 1 YEAR LICENSE, PLUS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE PATCHES. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to Price.
