- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Department of Transportation, Office for Federal Transit Administration, has issued a firm fixed price modification to The DMP Group, under their existing contract number DTFT60-08-C-00018. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) 2009 funds were used to add an allotment of ARRA funding to support the additional level of effort needed to support Title VI Oversight Reviews on transit projects funded with ARRA funds. This modification was awarded under a contract that is authorized by statute in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.805-1(a)(2), Small Business 8(a) Program.
