- Travel Management Services at F. E. Warren AFB, WY This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to OMEGA WORLD TRAVEL, INC. to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services to perform Travel Management Services of a commercial travel office for official travel and leisure travel (in conjuction with official travel, if leisure option is exercised) at F. E. Warren AFB, WY: 1,020 Each Tickets. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561510. The size standard for this NAICS Code is $3.5. These items will be provided to F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordane with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response in this notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted within fourteen days after this posting. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and concise evidence that the competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this notice is not required.
