- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Sole Source procurement to Northrop Grumman for maintenance of the Commercial Joint Mapping Tool Kit (CJMTK) Geospatial Appliance (CGA). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5 and the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 541512, size standard $25M. This is a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is through 5/31/2011. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a) (1) (ii). JIATF South intends to issue a follow-on award to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. The contractor shall provide the following: CLIN 0001 1 lump sum CGAR-07-M0 CGA 07 Model Rack Mount Annual Maintenance; CLIN 0002 Contractor Manpower Reporting. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (June 2008), FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items- (March 2009), and 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. The Government will make one award based on low price technically acceptable. Offerors shall comply with the provision at FAR 52.212-1and submit 1) an electronic copy to Sarah Taylor via email at Sarah.Taylor@jiatfs.southcom.
