- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a one time delivery of 34,000 gallons of winter grade Diesel Fuel #1 (DF1) to be delivered on 30 September 2010, MK Air Base, Romania. Method of delivery is Transport Truck. Complete Tank description will be provided. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment. DLA Energy reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted.
