- The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with General Electric Company (GE) on a sole source basis, for the purchase of LOGIQ e Compact Digital Ultrasound Console USA due to proprietary data. The GE Compact Digital Ultrasound Console USA includes RAW Data. The RAW data feature allows the clinician to perform the scan, re-annotate the completed images, and correct the saved images if needed. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement of submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28 and DFARS Change Notice 20081218. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 and the size standard is 100 employees. Any interested party may inquire with the points of contact.
