- The US Army, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR part 13, intends to issue a sole source contract to Honeywell Building Solutions SES Corp, 500 Westpark Drive, Suite 210, Peachtree City, GA 30269 to procure the results of an energy study conducted under contract DE-AM01-97EE73565-A001, a Department of Energy, Energy Savings Project. The NAICS code is 541330 and the FSC code is C219. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILALBLE. All interested parties must respond by 8:00A.M. Pacific Time on Wednesday, 29 September 2010. Interested vendors shall provide detailed information on proposed products which clearly meet the requirements stated above. Any response(s) received on the aforementioned data will be considered however the Government reserves the right to proceed with the award as described above. Responses to this synopsis must be in writing.
