- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 TIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ENGINEERING\REMEDIATION RESOURCES GROUP, INC. (ERRG, INC.) UNDER CONTRACT N62742-09-D-1959, INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR THE PERFORMING OF REMEDIAL ACTIONS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN HAWAII, GUAM, JAPAN, OKINAWA, JOHNSTON ATOLL, DIEGO GARCIA AND OTHER AREAS IN THE PACIFIC AND INDIAN OCEANS. This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Stautory Authority (DFARS 208.405-70(b)(1) or DFARS 216.505-70(b)(1)). Other than competitive procedures were used for the existing contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) sole source awards under the 8(a) Program.
