The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Myer on behalf of the Network Enterprise Center, Fort Myer intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a).
