- Notice of Intent to Award Requisition No. W990A9L-0274-1550-000 The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source contract for annual renewal of software license and maintenance support from SAS Institute, Inc., SAS Campus Dr., Cary, NC 27513, for the U.S. Army Information Technology Agency (ITA). The software package will provide continued services for the SAS software products currently licensed by the Army Information Agnecy. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one (1) year. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
