- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price, sole source award for SUPPORT AND SERVICE FOR MICROLOG SYSTEM for Dunham US Army Health Clinic to MICROLOG CORPORATION OF MARYLAND, GAITHERSBURG, MD 20879. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercially available items. Only one responsible source is reasonably available due to the fact that MICROLOG is the only vendor for this propietary system who can provide support and service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:30 AM Eastern Standard Time 27 September 2010.
