Any Contractor planning to submit their offer before 1:00 PM please contact OC Kenneth Matos at (787)525-0529. Hangar 21 is located on Isla Grande, San Juan, Puerto Rico, after the Puerto Rico Army National, Aviation Support Facilities and behind the Puerto Rico Port Authority Building.
