Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090825. Reference number F1Q3GY0260A001 Outdoor Workout Equipment is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items at Website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must be submitted on an all or none basis. Your quote must include discount terms, delivery date, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS number. Wide Area Workflow is the Dept. of the Air Force's mandatory method of electronic invoicing. More information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Description of requirement: Item# Description Qty Unit Unit Price Total Cost 0001 Outdoor Fit Exercise System - See below 2 each This requirement is for the purchase of two outdoor workout stations in support the fitness program on Dover AFB. The following is requested for a Helios Outdoor-Fit Exercise System or equal item: (salient characteristics) 7 station, 4 sided multi-gym, constructed of ¼" heavy duty polyester powder-coated steel and stainless steel designed to withstand placement in outdoor climates, stainless steel hardware, footprint is 64" x 96", requires 10' x 10' working area, stand 88" tall at the highest point, consist of a single center column with four sides, seven distinct exercise stations with multiple exercise variations possible at each station, unit requires just one footing, can be fitted with a stand when not bolted to a concrete surface, four people can exercise simultaneously, exercises target all the major muscle groups*, provides body weight or body weight assisted resistance training exercise with "circuit training" effect, chin/dip assist mechanism arm provides five different levels of assistance. *Includes the following stations: Sit-up station. Targeted muscles - rectus abdominals, internal and external oblique, transverse abdominals. Pull-up/chin-up station w/assist mechanism. Targeted muscles - latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, biceps, rotator cuff, and posterior deltoid. Dip station w/assist mechanism. Targeted muscles - triceps, pectorals, and deltoids. Back extension station. Targeted muscles - erector spinae, gluteus, and hamstrings. Push up platform station. Targeted muscles - pectorals, triceps, and deltoids. Squat station with stainless steel back rollers. Targeted muscles - quadriceps, adductors, abductors, gluteus, and hamstrings. Calf raise station. Targeted muscles - gastrocnemius and soleus.
