Description

CONTENTS – Retain, DO NOT SUBMIT WITH PROPOSAL; Letter to Prospective Supplier, Form PS 7435, and Statement of Work. This solicitation is for fixed price highway transportation service to be provided as per the enclosed statement of work. For evaluation purpose, line 6 (fuel) on Form 7468A must include the number of gallons ONLY. The cost per gallon and total cost should be set at zero ($0.00). (See the Fuel Management Program Document). Fuel gallons will be considered when doing our analysis. Every document in the Proposal Submission Package must be completed and returned.
