- BSM PR 0027616789. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-512-1851, Fairing, Aircraft, IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (CAGE 8V613), part number 7-51140175-102. Approved Source: Cox & Co (CAGE 98085) p/n 6110-142. FOB Origin. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 172 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 8, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 8, 2010.
