Sweep floor to remove all dust and dirt. Skim coat concrete surface using Ardex Feather Finish with 2 coats as needed to obtain a smooth surface area. Final sand surface area to smooth surface in preparation to receive 850 SY Mannington Biospec 6ft wide heat welded sheet vinyl to floors and walls. Install 1236 linear feet of aluminum flash cove capping 6 inches high and plastic cove stick to all walls for flash cove sheet vinyl. Install Mannington Biospec sheet vinyl in all areas with manufacturers recommended adhesive V-95 2- part Urethane adhesive. Sheet vinyl will be installed flush to all existing flooring for a smooth transition. Heat weld all seams with a solid color weld rod produced by Mannington. Clean up work areas daily as work is commenced. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition along with additional addenda. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, is not applicable to this sole source acquisition. Offeror is to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
