- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Adapter, Aircraft Jacking Point use on a C-5. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 1560-01-276-7240, the quantity is 30 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Right Guards, Export Control, Government FAT and Configuration Control apply. This requirement is coded 1G, and will be solicited as a SDVOSB. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about October 12, 2010. Rights Guards data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting the Rights Guards data, an Annual Certification for the use of Rights Guards Technical Data must be on file at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), DSCR-VAB, ATTN: Rights Guards Program, Richmond VA 23297-5604. An Annual Right Guards Destruction Certification must also be on file if your company has received Rights Guards Data and the time of destruction has passed.
