- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for professional services of a consultant to develop and administer a part-time leadership/management development program for a maximum of 10 employees. Solicitation number W912ES-10-R-0024 is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The work will be done in accordance with the scope of work. Item Number 0001 is PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT TO ADMINISTER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. Period of Performance is November 2010 through 30 September 2011 for 1 base year, with 4 renewable option years. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
