- Amendment 0003 attached. AMENDMENT 0003 incorporates additional questions and answers. NOTE: Proposals must be submitted to address and name listed under Section L. *********************** "DESCRIPTION REVISED" - Amendment attached to extend response time, correct Section B, and incorporate additional questions and answers. Section B is revised to change the delivery for CLIN 0001 to 150 days as receipt of award. The option CLINs (1001, 2001, 3001) are not required. Do not price the CLINS for 1001, 2001, 3001. Web development for the option period is not required. Maintenance and support will begin after the website is developed. The new start date for maintenance and support is 1 April 2011. Estimated date for delivery for web development is March 2011. ***************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number is SP4705-10-R-0059. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $25,000,000,000. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 effective 02 AUG 2010, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) current to Revision 5 and Proc Ltr 2010-33. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions are available electronically from the following site: http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil. The DLA Contracting Services Office intends to procure on behalf of the National Defense University to provide web development and maintenance/support. Web development is due 150 days after date of award. Maintenance and support on the web developed to start no later than 1 April 2011. Refer to the attached solicitation SP4705-10-R-0059 for information on description, Section B, clauses, and evaluation. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance for maintenance and support of the web development is 12 months from date of web development delivery, with three, 12 month option periods. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest price and is technically acceptable. See additional information in the attached Solicitation # SP4705-10-R-0059 under FAR 52.212-2. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future award.
