- Notice of Contract Action for a Sole Source Procurement SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR a Battery Management System with the following specifications. Quantity Part Number Description 4ea AB300 Controller 4eae ASMs-8 Battery management Software (single station license) 1ea AB175 Harness and Stand Assy 4 ea MA3000TS Temperature Plate 4 ea MA275 Bench Top Breakout Box 4ea MA24D Cell Clip - Off Module 1ea FM262E Automatic Battery Watering System 4 ea MA-30192-026/46 F-16 Battery Hood 2ea MA-20-60M3-100 C17 Battery Hood 4ea MA-23729-1 T38 Battery Hood 4ea MA-4579 B747 Battery Hood DESC: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH Marvel Aero Intl. The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Marvel Aero Intl. 20381 Lake Forest Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630. The Sole Source purchase will be for the battery system specified above. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide a battery system to comply with the above specifications.
